Easter Brownies

The special thing about these juicy, chocolate brownies is that they are made with sweet potatoes and do not require any table sugar. In addition, they are gluten-free.

A very fast, simple recipe where children have fun helping - especially decorating and snacking the chocolate eggs!

What you need:

2 medium sized sweet potatoes

2 eggs

5 tablespoons cocoa

5 tablespoons almond flour

3 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar

1/3 cup cooking oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

200g cooking chocolate

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Peel the sweet potatoes, dice and cook for about 20 minutes.

Chop the chocolate.

Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl to a dough.

Strain the sweet potatoes, crush with a fork and mix with the dough.
